I’d suggest using Bearshare or any torrent program. It’s pretty easy to find sites with torrents for any kind of music. I enjoy asian music myself and often use Bearshare and BitComet for a torrent program.
I don’t know of anything specific to your needs but there are other file sharing services. If you haven’t tried it there is soulseek…see slsknet.org for the official download. Also there is thepiratebay.org if you haven’t tried that. Also there is a web browser known as songbird (you’d have to google that one to find the download site) which is designed specifically for finding and listening to music on the internet.
